Green Events is about more than just running and runners. Our focus in on encouraging and supporting local participation in running, walking, cycling, swimming, triathlon, corporate wellness, and other “just for the fun of it” events! Why do we sponsor the Equinox Half Marathon?

Well that’s easy – To put it simply, it’s because the values and mission of Green Events- to run events that positively affect the community, mirror the principles our company was built upon. We truly believe in making a difference in others lives, and our employees live by this mission every day.

Knowing that money raised from the race is paid forward to the community through donations to local schools and community focused organizations is something we take pride in. In addition the race promotes health and well being in an environmentally sustainable manner, adding to our community in so many ways. Oh, and did we mention we have a few avid runners including Mr. Jim Hunter here at Cornerstone?! Seems like a perfect fit! We are honored to be a part of it all!
